Jacqueline Risley
Jackie Risley is a writer, editor and consultant specializing in how businesses use technology to meet their goals. She has studied hundreds of customer solutions while working for a large private software vendor and as the editor of technology trade publications. Her particular area of focus is information management, including capture hardware and software, enterprise content management and business process management. Jackie holds a master's degree in English, several industry certifications and a second degree black belt in Chon-Tu Kwan (Combat) Hapkido.
