The software comes equipped with a form editor allowing you to create tailored processable forms or use the existing form templates. You can also insert optical mark recognitions such as check-boxes or bubble marks onto your form processor. When the form is complete it is ready to be printed. Once a form is manually filled out, it is run through a scanner and the information will be displayed for review on the forms data-base viewer for editing or can simply be stored in your company database. This process can be done in batches or one by one. With the ICR software, questionnaires, surveys, and virtually any type of hand written form can be deciphered up to a 97% accuracy level. ICR eliminates the need to manually input data, and is a quicker and more accurate way to display data.
